The rapid evolution of telecommunication
networks, driven by digital transformation, has significantly
improved connectivity, service quality, and accessibility. However,
this growth has also increased vulnerability to fraudulent and
nuisance calls, including spam, spoofing, robocalls, and voice
phishing, which threaten user privacy, network reliability, and
financial security.
